Domestic

All domestic packages are shipped through the USPS, either First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the size and weight of the package. Purchases totaling over $500 dollars will require the purchaser’s signature upon delivery. The purchaser is responsible for providing a correct shipping address at the time of checkout. Esme’s is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, mis-delivered or returned packages. If a package is returned to Esme’s Studio, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to resend package to the original address provided at checkout. PLEASE NOTE: Orders take 5 business days to process before shipping. Delivery times vary, depending on destination of package. All packages are shipped with a tracking number, if you would like a signature delivery, please email us before checkout.

International

All international packages are shipped DHL Express or FedEx International Connect. Both options have tracking, DHL Express has a shorter delivery time. The purchaser is responsible for providing a correct shipping address at the time of checkout. Esme’s will not ship to shipping forwarders/ transfer stations in the USA that are not legitimate businesses. PLEASE NOTE: The buyer must include a phone number at checkout - we can not print a shipping label without a phone number. Please email us with any questions. Esme’s is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, mis-delivered or returned packages. If a package is returned to Esme’s Studio, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to resend package to the original address provided at checkout. Esme’s does not refund purchases on packages returned to us. Esme’s is not responsible for fees, taxes and/or duties charged upon delivery to the destination country.
